About the Role
We are in search of a dedicated Senior Manager for Media Solutions to catalyze growth for our online marketplace’s campaign efforts. This position involves advocating our ad inventory (media solutions) to potential partners and driving advertising campaigns. Additionally, this role entails crafting novel media solutions tailored to meet unique challenges and needs. The Senior Manager will closely collaborate with our campaign, marketing, and commercial departments, in addition to liaising with partners. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role reports directly to the Head of our Online Marketplace Division.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead the promotion of media solutions, including our ad inventory. This encompasses devising campaign strategies aimed at boosting Non Margin Revenue (NMR).
Forge ties with our commercial wing to curate bespoke media plans aligning with partners' objectives.
Engage and negotiate with suppliers, discerning their needs, and scouting opportunities for mutual growth.
Gauge the efficacy of advertising efforts, iterating for enhanced impact.
Oversee and implement projects steered by the regional division.
Routine Responsibilities
Collaborate with the campaign team to formulate and deploy advertising strategies based on established timelines.
Liaise with the commercial department to engage suppliers effectively.
Continuously evaluate advertising efficacy, strategizing for optimal outcomes.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years' experience in the digital commerce sector.
Prior experience in an agency or in ad-sales, with a digital focus, is essential.
Experience in a commercial setting is viewed favorably.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, especially for data visualization and reporting.
Proactive and solutions-focused attitude, equipped to manage evolving requirements.
Outstanding communication aptitude.
Punctual delivery, adhering to set timelines.
Ability to thrive in diverse, dynamic environments.
Meticulous organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
