Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Devise integrated strategies for various marketing subdivisions such as Digital, Advertising, Outreach, and Design.

  • Steer and oversee periodic budgets dedicated to both online and offline branding activities.

  • Regularly scrutinize key marketing performance indicators, understanding their impact on order volume and brand reputation.

  • Pinpoint avenues to engage novel customer segments, thereby broadening user base and market capture.

  • Sync with the Business Strategy team to curate effective pricing blueprints, optimizing profitability and market presence.

  • Partner with in-house Regional Marketing aficionados and external collaborators to achieve overarching business goals.

  • Persistently refine communication avenues and advertising platforms, launching innovative marketing initiatives spanning various channels, including CRM, online, conventional media, and through strategic partnerships.


Requirements

  • Veteran marketer with a background in leadership roles at growth-focused startups or a history of scaling brands in the e-commerce or FMCG sector.

  • An inspiring figure with a history of nurturing and leading proficient teams.

  • Deep-rooted analytical abilities, using data to drive pivotal decisions.

  • Experimental mindset, habitually testing growth initiatives in a methodical manner.

  • A brand enthusiast with a data-driven approach, paired with profound branding insights.

  • Proficiency in web-based product marketing, with the versatility to contribute across strategic, operational, and executional spheres.

  • Exceptional organizational prowess coupled with stellar stakeholder engagement skills. Adeptness in priority setting, problem resolution, multitasking, and autonomous operation in fast-paced settings.

  • Innate creativity with the knack for conceptualizing campaigns that elevate brand perception.

  • History of overseeing financial metrics in a high-velocity e-commerce backdrop.
